James Beard Award-winning chef Celina Tio opened Julian in Brookside in order to create a restaurant that offered the right price point, a chef-driven menu, and as many local products as possible. Julian uses only Shatto milk , Lindo Farms chicken, and Boulevard beer. The menu offers innovative twists on American cuisine, mini desserts, and tofu or house-made seitan substitutes for vegetarians. Julian also serves breakfast on the weekends.
