Pisces: The first wave of British music came through the Beatles and shifted popular music’s attention away from Brazilian Bosa Nova. Cold and wet versus hot and wet. Maybe there is no “versus” here, just a different coloring, or tone. You think you are a master of assessing subtle forms of communication. But a truth is comprised of many distinct levels. You are learning these invisible, but invaluable, ways of getting your subtle points across. Metacommunication means you attempt to maneuver the interaction for mutual benefit. If it’s not mutual, then it can easily become propaganda. However, in the short term, communication protocol is indicative of everything. No two phone calls before you send one text. On March 9 and 10, be easy going with coworkers and bosses, though you won’t be heard like you’d like to be.

Aries: Sometimes you can miss your best opportunities by trying to get to the root of the matter, and then challenging others to admit you are correct in your assumptions. And, yes, you are right. But you could have gotten more if you’d waited. Some meander; others distance. Just reflect on when you’ve gone too fast. If you’re feeling isolation (real or imagined), take note of your past indiscretions or angry outbursts (actual or internal). These feelings of being on a treadmill will begin to subside by mid-March. Through a Venus (love) and Uranus (spontaneous) aspect on March 4, you may find yourself on the receiving end of some unexpected pleasure, if you maintain an open and nonjudgmental attitude. It is just a matter of waiting before you speak. Others want to be able to say kind things behind your back. But if you take those harsh insights to market too often, we will not, and opportunities dry up like water at Death Valley.

Taurus: Finding the balance between friends, hook ups and commitments is easier for some signs than others. You may know what you will or will not do, but to the rest of us your intentions don’t seem definite. It gets a bit murky and ambiguous. This week you are wanting shake up your life. However, boredom can cause you to make regrettable choices. When it is all said and done, do nothing to harm the friendship. Tell the truth and do not assume that there is exclusivity within your relationships. And don’t deny what you sense someone else feels about you. On Sunday, Venus, the guiding force of love and pleasure, blazes her way through Aries until March 31, which opens you to new and enlightening experiences. Venus tends to offer her children a smattering of physically attractive gifts. Swim somewhat towards the spiritual aspects of your life instead of searching the obvious superficial pleasures. After the lust, then what? That’s what Venus kills your ego to teach you. Your wheel of fortune turns immediately and directly, so watch your output.

Gemini: Your guardian angel messenger planet, Mercury is moving through the incompatible water sign of Pisces. You like to have command of the facts, not the feelings. Even when you are reworking the facts for your own ends, you do not want what cannot be quantified to enter into your equation. Well, the left and right hemispheres of your brain do not know what’s going on, much like your left hand doesn’t know what your right is doing. Mercury likes it like that. Watch out that those “little” lies do not come back to bite you on your ass. These misinformation binges come from rearranging said facts, but you must be careful about going to extremes, delusion leading to paranoia come to my mind. You see, when you tell multiple stories, you start to think that everyone else is doing the same, and mostly they aren’t. If you ingest THC in any form, your paranoia might just destroy ya. Slow your mind down to concentrate on what happens between thoughts.

Cancer: If you cannot get past your past, it is time to check your pulse. Look backwards, learn what you can, but do not languish. Remember Lot’s Wife? The actual “sin” from Sodom and Gomorrah was not homosexuality and promiscuity — it was a lack of hospitality to out of town guests. Think of your family’s mores, those “comments” made about those who are different. Have you looked to this splintered and selective past to excuse non-critical thinking regarding diversity? “It’s how I was raised,” or some other tired and trite statement for overlooking rancid comments and behaviors. This time of year mandate a belief and value inspection. It is guaranteed to make your life flow lots better. In the beginning, you will not believe that it can. But you’ve heard the statement, “Darkest before the dawn,” correct? Gin and juice (of darkened berries) too? You have all of these symbols at your disposal, if you’d just dare to look around.

Leo: How much strength do you have? How do you like it? Have you gotten to the point of learning how much you have to offer? You must stop thinking about the cost of what you’re giving. Do not give it if you cannot let it go freely, otherwise you’ll be getting used in direct proportion to how much you used others. It can be as simple as just paying it forward. It has become increasingly difficult to see abundance, and even more so knowing it to be real. This aids in a your being a cheerful, respected giver. Each late winter, your impulses to be seen as “larger than life” get tested beyond the “need to impress” or show your “swagger.” It matters what’s above your waist — how your heart connects — that shows your true evolution, and who you really love. Your spirit is being elevated; you have a larger mission to fulfill. Yet, you need to continue more time in deeper reflection about what really inspires you. Whether that’s a strap on (worn or delivered) belabors the point, enthusiasm must be demonstrated. What’s in your pocket or Coach purse? Show you’re planning on getting what you like for another through giving what you want.

Virgo: To triangulate a relationship, you’d have to think and/or know you are equal to the two other parties. Maybe that triangle is between you, another...and a hefty trust fund? With Mercury moving through Pisces, your opposite sign, chaos ensues when clarity of thought and speech is what you live for. Simply realize that the more precisely you define and label yourself, the more confusingly mixed up (or flaked out) will be those who are attracted to you. If partnered already, you can keep perceiving mixed messages because of your compartmentalization. Did you read last week’s message about the Earth’s mantle, magma? No earthquakes mentioned, but know the Earth is changing, and so are you. We will speak again of your changing Earth at early spring (Aries).

Libra: American Dream or nightmare? Has our belief in unlimited individual freedoms come to an end, particularly as we look at the global village, climate change and rampant unemployment? As the sign of the scales, you balance the real with the ideal. At present, the thoughtful and depth seeking planets of Saturn and Pluto force you to create new social order, innovative ways of forming relationships. Sometimes, your lack of funds (or wanting more trendy things) requires you to look for other ways to make ends meet. Whether you’re still living with your parents or they are back with you, this pull yourself up by your bootstraps mentality is being modified by actual economic concerns. It may simply be about your ability to perceive a new way to create prosperity and opportunity, something a grandparent would have done out of necessity. Initially your dreams may be difficult to manifest, but certainly not impossible, particularly as you recall how everyone is interconnected and desire to support mutually driven aims.

Scorpio: This is the Power Date Wheel of Fortune (PDWOF) message. Jupiter and the 9th house, perceiving the cycle of ups and downs from the vantage point of ego. Metacommunication maneuvers the interaction for mutual benefit. When you operate from excessive secrecy (this last season has been trying to get you to rise above this instinct) your communication becomes fanatical. Learn some humility from compatible water sign Pisces. Your warrior nature sees battles where there are none. Please remember these words early next week. Not everyone spoils for a fight. What may seem like provocation is often a call for love. Have you sought redemption in love’s embrace? Well, then: there’s your metacommunicative homework. Search for the larger philosophy in your connection before they leave or go to war.

Sagittarius: How do you want to be loved? And how frequently? Physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual: these are differing planes of existence. There’s a gooey, warm and fuzzy part of you attempting to make its way upward out of the dross and moss. You do realize how you test others, no? You seek validation for your vivid imagination, too often based on love’s darker nature. The green eyed monster, the passive-aggressive abandoned victim, and the manic meets the depressive in a bi-polar soap opera, all roles with which you’re no doubt familiar. However, the open eyed and bushy tailed you, expectant of prince charming or a stripper with a heart of gold, proves elusive. Use this time to increase the complexity of your soul. Be the goal-oriented exhibitionist pole dancer or the ghetto boy made good through hard work. Keeping your “real” self intact, no matter what’s offered to you, is what matters.

Capricorn: There are attendant threads to weave all of the folk together. You always believe those who look like they are in power and authority. It could be anybody depending upon the make up of the group. Majority rules. But the disenfranchised minority can rise up, particularly when they’ve been manipulated. The more fractured our society becomes, the easier it is to dumb down the masses. As actor/activist Hill Harper says, “We live in a high tech, low touch society.” As life gets increasingly complicated, those who are used to being on top can revert to an abandoned fetus, starved for attention. The loom of life happens when all of us integrate from a similar level with a willingness to make our clothes increasingly more compatible. Keep an eye on the extreme extensions, learn to moderate those who have very little willingness to try to see another’s reality beyond a keyboard or mechanical server.

Aquarius: Are you feeling GFNR (Ghetto For No Reason)? You use a confrontational vibration to get your way. But, what if you are wrong? Then, you must rethink your GFNR attitude. First, GFNR begins with your siblings who represents unrealized parts of your parents. (If you are upper class and/or privileged then, imagine yourself as in a state of "Others bow to me because," or OBTMB…ok?) Take it as you please, because I’m giving it to you. Others bow to me because, I give it up for mutual pleasure. Sometimes may you be more gentle (or at least obviously so), whether you are projecting GNFR or OBTMB? It is a served or be served kinda thang, ya know…Please do not act low class for no reason when you know you’ve played the perceived victim card/routine to get your way. You mentally charge any atmosphere with "truth" to place others on the defensive while you walk away with whatever goodie you desire. You can be a master at OBTMB. Watch out, there are those who’ve been studying your behaviors this winter, and they’re planning a coup. Tune in next week.
