This week's top 5 Kansas City Craigslist missed connections
Friday, March 12, 2010
Spring is a great time to be out meeting new people, so it's no surprise that Craigslist is packed with missed connections from the park this week. It's also no surprise that even though it finally warmed up, people are still inside trying to find love in all the wrong places — namely, ChatRoulette.com.
5) Most every night for the last ten years or so, I've checked out Craigslist missed connections, just hoping someone has missed me. Nada. A few times I saw them posted for my friends, but these days, I'm just excited to see them posted for people I've seen out in the real world, like this Penn Valley dog park whisperer.

I'm not even sure your'e gay but I wanted to take a chance. I saw you at the dog park on sat and talked to you on sun. Your a very cute husky kinda guy and had 2 dogs with you and you said you like dominant breeds and I told you you reminded me of cesar. I made alot of hints but you are straight or not interestd. If it isnt either of those things and you remember me and want to talk more or meet again pls email back. I remember the names of both of your dogs so if you can put either of those in your subject or tell me what breed my dog was I'll know its you
4) Speaking of dogs, what's cuter than a guy with a dog? A guy with a dog, reading a book. That's what. Yep, if I saw a cute guy reading in the park with his dog, I'd probably leave him a missed connection, too... if I didn't have guts to just go talk to him, which I probably wouldn't. That's why we have missed connections!

I never do this, but I was with two young boys that I nanny. You were reading a book in the park with your dog. It was the first nice day of this year. We shared a smile as I took them home from the playground.
3) It would be childish and crude to make a joke about big balls here, right?

Dude,
You were bowling with your buds when I saw you.
We made eye contact, and we even acknowledged each other.
Now, just saying "hello" doesn't mean you're interested in dudes, but it certainly gives me hope.
You were the hottest, sexiest dude in the place tonight.
I also watched your bowling technique. Endearing, actually.
Give me a Shout and let me know what your are thinking....
2) I now firmly believe it's only women who fantasize about meeting the loves of their lives at the grocery store. Also, we fantasize about meeting multiple sexy firemen at the grocery store.

You were the sexy fireman at the grocery store and we exchanged a few looks in the aisle, I was too afraid to approach you cause you were with all your fire buddies lol. you will probably never see this but i hope maybe one day i can meet another sexy Fireman.
1) It was only a matter of time before people started posting ChatRoulette [not always safe for work, by the way] missed connections. Apparently, someone in Chicago recently took a liking to an anonymous sexy baker in Kansas City. Not surprising when you consider how many locals are on the video chat site.

Dear Sexy Baker,
Thank you for making my night and sharing your great taste in music. I want to talk with you again sometime. We never exchanged e-mails.
Sincerely,
Sexy Teacher
